The company Cherry Pub LLP, whose registered office is located at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ, with the Company ID number OC431055 (hereinafter referred to as "Cherry Pub" or "we") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy as part of your use of the website www.gtmapp.com (the "website") the mobile application ("Plate Party", or "App"), and other products and services (the website, the mobile application and other products and services are collectively called hereafter "products").

Protecting your privacy is really important to us. Accordingly, we're providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that we process in the course of our business, including information we receive through our Services and other online or offline offerings. This Privacy Policy doesn't apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. This Privacy Policy is intended to meet requirements globally, including those in North America, Europe, APAC, and other jurisdictions.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

Plate Party has no user accounts and does not collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address or telephone. Everything you enter in the App (your crew, members, recipes, meal plan, pantry items and photos) is stored only on your device.

This app does not collect or process credit or debit card ("Payment Card") information. Google collects Payment Card information with respect to in-app purchases made through the App. Google may provide us with limited information about your purchase, such as a purchase token, so that the App can unlock your subscription and restore it.

The App uses Google's ML Kit to read barcodes and text with your camera. This happens on your device and images are not uploaded. ML Kit may send Google device information such as operating system version, device type, app version and system performance information, for diagnostics.

When you scan a product's barcode, the App sends only the barcode number to Open Food Facts to look up the product. When you open a recipe link, the App fetches that page directly from the website you chose.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. If you have any questions about the security of your personal information, you can contact us at app@greentomatomedia.com. Except as described under the "Disclosure of Your Information" section below, we do not provide your personal information to any third party without your specific consent, as defined by applicable law.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Plate Party does not use cookies, tracking technologies, advertising or retargeting.

MOBILE ANALYTICS

Plate Party does not use mobile analytics software. The only diagnostics are the ML Kit information described above, which Google collects.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your information is stored only on your device. We do not run servers for Plate Party. If you delete the App, your information is deleted with it.

ACCESS TO AND DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not hold personal information about you on our servers. To delete your information, delete the App or erase its data on your device. If you have any questions, please email app@greentomatomedia.com. We will respond to your request in a reasonable timeframe.

USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

The information you enter in the App is used only on your device, to provide the App's features. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send you promotional communications.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or share your personal information. The App sends information only as described above: barcode numbers to Open Food Facts, ML Kit diagnostics to Google, and purchases through Google Play. We may disclose information if we are under a duty to do so in order to comply with any legal obligation.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

The App may open recipe websites that you choose. If you follow a link to any of these external websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these websites or their policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal information to these external websites.

USE OF PLATE PARTY BY MINORS

You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to sign up as a registered user of the Products. Individuals under the age of 18, or the applicable age of majority, may utilize the Products only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, under such person's account and otherwise subject to these Terms.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by In-Product message, email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice in the Products prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
